OVERVIEW
- Position: International Selling Consultant
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM from Mondays to Fridays
- Working location: 199 Nguyen Hoang, An Phu ward, District 2
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow assigned clients and find potential clients (mainly foreigners)
- Analyze and understand client's demands
- Consult and offer clients suitable options
- Arrange property visits for clients
- Negotiate and prepare the contract
- After-sales service
- Consult property owner on property selling demand (resell team)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have experience at least 6 months in sales (real estate or luxury products is preferable) with excellent record
- Eager to learn
- Fluent in English communication
- From 22 to 30 years old
